Europe gets lucid!

A film crew came to interview me about lucid dreaming, and here’s an article I wrote about it for the IASD magazine Dream Time: Europe gets lucid!

Dream Time is one of the many perks of membership with the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). To check out what else IASD offers, go to: http://www.asdreams.org/membershipbenefits/

From the next issue I’ll be doing a regular ‘Interview With an Amazing Dreamer’. The first amazing dreamer I’m interviewing is Patricia Garfield, who wrote Creative Dreaming.

To watch the lucid dreaming part of the SAT1 documentary on dreams and sleep, also featuring my fellow dream researchers Melanie Schädlich and Tadas Stumbrys, go to: http://www.weckup.de/nc/videos/single/datum/2013/10/27/klartraeume.html

I’ve just read “Breathing in colour” and I just want to say I loved it! Especially the parts about Kizzy stood out for me because I’ve lost a baby too and the describtions about how Alida feels were very recognizable, especially the part where it says your body cries but your heart keeps on beating.

    Dear Jana,
thank you. I’m so sorry to hear about your baby. These are the things in life we never ‘get over’ but somehow we find the strength to carry on. I wish you luck in the rest of your life!
    Warmest wishes,
    Clare
