Healing Lucid Dreaming Workshop

Monday, April 7th, 2014

This is going to be really nice – Mary Ziemer and I are leading a workshop together on Lucid Dreaming For Physical & Psycho-Spiritual Healing at the Dream Research Institute in London on Friday 25th April, 11-4pm.

Lucid dreaming gives us the unique opportunity of doing dreamwork while we’re actually in the dream. This workshop will explore how we can bring conscious awareness into a dream to initiate deep healing on both physical and psycho-spiritual levels.

At The Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education, CCPE, Beauchamp Lodge, 2 Warwick Crescent, London W2 6NE

Tickets £50, available at CCPE Reception: 020 7266 3006. For more info email:

Europe gets lucid!

Friday, February 7th, 2014

A film crew came to interview me about lucid dreaming, and here’s an article I wrote about it for the IASD magazine Dream Time: Europe gets lucid!

Dream Time is one of the many perks of membership with the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). To check out what else IASD offers, go to:

From the next issue I’ll be doing a regular ‘Interview With an Amazing Dreamer’. The first amazing dreamer I’m interviewing is Patricia Garfield, who wrote Creative Dreaming.

To watch the lucid dreaming part of the SAT1 documentary on dreams and sleep, also featuring my fellow dream researchers Melanie Schädlich and Tadas Stumbrys, go to:

Creativas Festival! Come to our ‚Kunstpicknick‘

Saturday, August 24th, 2013

The art picnic is a four-day festival in Stuttgart from Thurs 19th-Sunday 22 September.

I’ll be leading workshops on Dream Art (Kunst aus Träumen, on Saturday 21st, 2pm), Yoga and Creativity (Sunday 22nd at 2pm), and Art for Kids (Kinderkunst Werkstatt, Friday 20th at 2pm), as well as giving a talk about my work into creative (lucid) dreaming (kreative (Klar-) Träume, Saturday 21st at 2pm). So basically everything seems to start at 2pm for me that weekend! Nice and easy to remember.

Other artists from Creativas, the international group of female artists, writers, dancers and musicians, will be offering diverse evening performances and there’ll be an ongoing drawing marathon, an art exhibition and much more.

Where to find us: Württembergischer Kunstverein, Schloßplatz 2., Stuttgart  – it’s just behind Schloßplatz, in the lovely park by the lake, and if the weather’s good we can spread out onto the grass, make it into a real picnic. Bring your kids, invite your friends, get them to invite their friends…

More details and our programme will be up soon on our blog.

Hope to see you there 🙂
